Travis Scott is heading to Vegas for a seven-night residency at the Zouk Nightclub. The performance series is titled “Road to Utopia,” and will start on September 17 and end on October 15. Additional dates have not been announced. However, fans can expect to see more hits and previews of upcoming tracks. This will mark the rapper’s return to live shows following the deadly crowd crush at the Astroworld Festival last November.
Following the Astroworld tragedy, Travis Scott has issued a public statement apologizing to victims and their families. Despite these problems, the rapper has slowly been making a comeback. He performed on the 2021 Billboard Music Awards and the following year at the Zouk. In 2022, he was set to headline Day in Vegas, but it has been canceled due to timing, production, and logistics.
Tickets for the first two shows are on sale now. Additional shows will be announced soon. Ticket sales are expected to be completed by Sept. 17. In the meantime, fans can catch some of Scott’s biggest hits at the Zouk nightclub. In addition to Scott, other headliners include Louis The Child and Kiko Franco. Moreover, the new artist has announced his residency at Resorts World Las Vegas.
A multi-year agreement between Scott and Zouk means that the two will be working together for years to come. This comes amidst the fallout after the show at Astroworld, which left 10 people dead. Still, Zouk and Resorts World are delighted to have the rapper, who has a mothership LED lighting system and a shifting ceiling. He’ll also be performing at the iconic club ‘Mothership’ in Las Vegas, which is known for its high-tech visuals.
