The murder case of rapper Nipsey Hussle is about to get a lot more interesting after reports that the accused killer was assaulted in jail. It appears that Eric Holder, who is charged with the murder of Nipsey Hussle, is being beaten up by other inmates in a Los Angeles jail. The rapper received medical attention after the incident, but his injuries made it impossible for him to appear in court on Tuesday. Rolling Stone reported that Holder was injured in a fight and sustained more than a black eye.
As a member of the Rollin’ 60s gang, Holder should have been isolated from other inmates, but that is not what happened. The alleged assault left two men with injuries. The two men had been attacked by a man believed to be Holder. The trial is expected to take four weeks, so if the defendant is found guilty, the public will have to wait a lot longer to find out what he did to make the situation worse.
There are several theories about why Holder’s trial has been delayed. First, the defendant did not show aggression during the conversation. He left the scene in his car and ate chili cheese fries while he loaded the gun. The delay between the initial encounter and the shooting is a key element in establishing premeditation. If the court finds that Holder did not act with premeditation, it would be felony manslaughter. Holder faces a life sentence if found guilty of the first-degree attempted murder of two other men.
