Mural Of The Notorious B.I.G. Vandalized In New York City
New York City police are investigating the vandalism, but so far, no suspects have been identified. But fans of the rapper hope that the culprits will be caught on surveillance cameras. It’s unclear what will happen to the mural if no one is arrested.
On Thursday night, a mural of Biggie was vandalized in Brooklyn. Graffiti was spray-painted over the artwork, which was dedicated to the late rapper. The vandals painted the words “East coast” across the mural. The mural is located in Clinton Hill, close to Beauty World, where Biggie once worked. The artist Vincent Ballantyne spent two days painting the mural in the neighborhood.
