<p>On Tuesday, Megan Thee Stallion, a Houston-native rapper, testified in a Los Angeles courtroom. She said she was shot in her foot by Tory Lanez more than two years ago. She also said she remained injured after the shooting. Despite her injuries, she testified that she had nerve damage. She also said that Lanez screamed &#8220;dance, bitch&#8221; before firing a weapon.</p>
<p>After the shooting, Lanez allegedly apologized for his actions. It&#8217;s said he felt guilty and was drunk when he fired the gun. <p>After the shooting, Lanez pleaded not guilty and was placed on house arrest. He is facing charges of felony assault with a firearm, discharging a firearm with gross negligence, and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle. He could face nearly 23 years in prison if convicted.</p>
<p>The trial has been plagued with conflict. George Mgdesyan, Lanez&#8217;s defense attorney, said Megan and Harris had sexual relationships with Lanez. The case has been a hotbed of debate on social media, with many rappers releasing music that makes reference to it.
